Shipping and delivery
Last updated 14 October 2026
Draft for review. Betta Beaut has not launched yet; this text will be reviewed by a lawyer before anyone's personal data is collected for real.
Betta Beaut will start delivering in Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali. Products are collected from a nearby verified wholesaler and hand-delivered by our runners.
The 4-hour promise
- The 4-hour delivery window applies only to serviceable pincodes and during operating hours, when the products are in stock nearby.
- At checkout we show the actual promised time for your order. If 4 hours isn't possible, we say so and offer the next slot instead.
- Service areas, operating hours, delivery fees and minimum order value will be published here before launch.
Tracking
You can follow each step of your order in the app, and we send an SMS or WhatsApp message when it's out for delivery and when it's delivered.
