These terms apply when you use bettabeaut.com, the Betta Beaut customer app or the Betta Beaut business app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Skin plans are general guidance from a rule set, not a diagnosis or treatment. See a dermatologist for pain, infection, sudden changes or anything that worries you.

Your account

• One account works on every device; keep your phone and email secure and sign out devices you no longer use from Security and devices.
• Give true details. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use the face scan.

For businesses

• Anyone can sign up and use the CRM and billing tools. The Free plan includes 1 user and up to 100 active clients; paid plans add more.
• You are responsible for the client records you add, including having your clients' permission and keeping health notes confidential.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and your GST filings. Betta Beaut provides tools, not tax advice.
• Being listed in the customer app, the Verified badge and trade prices need a separate verification.
• Downgrading a plan never deletes your data; you can always export it.
• Bookings that come through the customer app carry a booking commission, shown before you accept them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no spam or bulk messages to people who haven't opted in, no attempts to access other people's data, no fake reviews. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

Betta Beaut is online-only. Without an internet connection you can't save changes; we'll tell you clearly when that happens.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you before the change applies and ask you to accept the new version.
